What is a POM?
POM = 25 minutes of focused, outcome-oriented work. Not a billable hour, not a status update. Each POM ends with an artifact — a spec, a working diff, a decision logged.
Do unused POMs roll over?
No. POMs are scoped to the engagement. If we run light, the remaining time goes on documentation, a skills audit, or a future PBI — always directed by you.
Can I buy more POMs mid-engagement?
Yes. Add POMs at the same rate at any point. Most people start with Standard (10 POMs) and double up once they've seen what one session produces.
What counts as an agent-hour?
Clock-time the agent is allocated and doing useful work — research, writing, code review, ops tasks. Idle wait time and failed runs are not billed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Discovery is free. The smallest paid block is Starter (5 POMs, £200). No retainer, no minimum monthly, no lock-in.
What if SPM isn't the right fit?
The discovery call is free for exactly this reason. If we agree it's not a fit, you leave with an honest diagnosis and a direction — that's worth the 25 minutes either way.
